At Tenth Avenue Aesthetics Artistry & Institute, we understand the importance of providing a robust and comprehensive training program. We want to help you get the support, knowledge, and hands-on experience you need to succeed in this growing aesthetic field.
INTRODUCTION:BOTULINUM TOXIN AND DERMAL FILLERS COURSE
This course is designed for all qualified medical professionals, no experience in injecting is necessary to get started. You must be legally allowed to practice in the state in which you are licensed. You must be an MD, NP, PA, or RN with individual malpractice insurance. All participants must provide proof of licensure. Our compressive course provides participants with 4 hours of didactic and hands-on knowledge for safe and effective aesthetic injection techniques of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers on live-models. Models are provided and receive services at a discount. Since there is no guarantees of specific services the models chooses to participate in, attendees are open to solicit additional models to ensure specific hand-on techniques are practiced. Participants will receive 8 CME, complimentary lunch and certificate upon completion.

INJECTABLE TRAINING MENU
As a provider, you will need a basic Botox and dermal filler certification prior to any hands-on training. You must be legally allowed to practice in the state in which you are licensed. You must be an MD, NP, PA, or RN who are licensed to practice in the state of New York with individual malpractice insurance. All providers must provide a copy of medical license, current malpractice insurance (i.e can be from current employer) and drivers license 1 week prior to training.
Please inquire if there is a specific area you are interested in that you do not see listed below. Please note that there is always a 4-hour minimum regardless of time spent. Once a date has been confirmed, a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to hold your spot and all travel expenses must be paid upfront. The remaining balance is due the week prior to training.
*Dermal filler and/or neurotoxin, are supplied at reduced cost to model participants.
*We will assist in finding models, but if you know anyone interested or you, yourself would like to model, participation is welcomed.
PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
You will be expected to find models for the aesthetic techniques and areas you want to learn about, and you will also need to supply the product from a reputable FDA-approved drug company, such as Allergan, Merz, Evolus, or Galderma. We will let you know what type of fillers/neurotoxins will be needed for the treatment areas prior to training.
Fee: $700/hr per trainee (base rate for 4-hour minimum). $700 for each additional hour. Group rates are listed below.

Select group courses are held at specified locations. These courses include didactic and hands-on training in a group setting.
Fee: $2,400 per person.

ON-SITE TRAINING

Fee: $1300/hr for 2 people, $1500/hr for 3 people, or $1800/hr for 4 people.

Fee: $600 for 30 minutes or $1200 for 60 minutes by phone/text/email.
MODELS
FOR
TRAINING
Models are an integral part of the training experience. They should arrive a half hour after the stated time of training, and their scheduling should be staggered in 1-hour intervals. They will receive pre/post-care instructions and invitations to the patient portal via email, where they will complete their medical aesthetic intake, review consent, etc. Their comfort is of the utmost importance. During the assessment process, you will review the medical aesthetic intake form, explain each aesthetic procedure in detail, discuss individualized aesthetic goals, and answer any questions/concerns that the model may have prior to treatment. $50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold their appointment. Models receive DISCOUNTED services. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau is $150 per area most common areas (frown lines, crowfeet and forehead). Dermal fillers for lips, laugh lines and marionette lines is $450 per syringe. Dermal fillers to cheeks, jawline, temples, chin is $650 per syringe. Models are responsible for paying for the cost of their services and the deposit will be added towards that invoice. If an attendee, family member or friend would like to model for any courses, please contact us directly.

Injectable supply kits are a must have for training as well as implementing injectable procedures into your practice. You DO NOT have to purchase these items prior to training. -200-400 miles from East Northport= 4% additional for travel fee and time.

-800-1,000 miles from East Northport, NY= 8% additional for travel fee and time.
-1,200+ miles from East Northport, NY= 10 % additional for travel fee and time.
Out of country travel= 20% additional fee for travel time.
CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing or by email to info@tenthavenueaestheticsartistryandinstitute.com. A refund will be given, less a $500.00 administrative/processing fee if canceled 14 days prior to the start of the course.
Replacement and Refunds
Any cancellation less than 14 days or “No Shows” will not qualify for a refund. If we are within the 14 day period and we are able to find a “replacement participant”, we will gladly switch your course fee to another applicable training date without penalty; however, if a replacement is not found the full amount of training will not be refunded. Due to this policy, weather related cancellations are considered “No Shows” if the program is conducted. No Shows and Cancellations
As we do require a minimum number of registrants per each class, and if we do not meet this minimum (14 days prior to the training), or for any other reason beyond our control the course is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note Tenth Avenue Aesthetics Artistry and Institute is not responsible for deposits to hotels, fees associated with necessary airline changes or non-refundable airline tickets. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes fill well in advance, so it is advised to register as soon as possible. We cannot reserve space in this program without receipt of registration packet and payment. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment/registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us at info@tenthavenueaestheticsartistryandinstitute.com . Your registration is not finalized until you receive a confirmation from our staff. Confirmations are generally sent via the email address you provide on your registration or payment form. Due to the limited space available in this class, we are unable to accommodate unregistered participants the day of training.
Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to post.
